Where your company's
AI begins.

Manbaa (منبع — "the source") is the foundation a Saudi company's intelligence flows from. We organize your data and workflows so AI can use them, then run AI on top — handling the work your team hands off. Data stays in Saudi.

Who we are

The source, not another app

The word Manbaa (منبع) means the spring — the source a river rises from. That is the role we play. A company's decisions, automations and day-to-day work all flow from the foundation underneath them. Most AI projects fail not because the model is weak, but because that foundation is missing. We build it.

Not translators, not resellers, not another app vendor — the engineers who build the substrate. A foundation built for one company (organized data, retrieval, governance, observability), deployed in your environment, with managed AI running on top.

The idea in four parts
01

The source of intelligence

You're not buying a feature. You're putting in place the origin point a company's capability begins from — everything downstream flows from what we build.

02

Small origin, vast reach

A spring is modest at the source but feeds a whole basin. A few agents, placed at the right point, cascade value across an entire organization.

03

Always-on flow

A spring never stops running. Your AI works overnight, between meetings, across time zones — it doesn't clock out the way one-off tools and human-only teams do.

04

Local roots, global reach

The spring rises from local ground, but the river it feeds reaches the sea. Rooted in Saudi Arabia — Arabic-native, PDPL-credible — built to flow globally.

What we do

One ladder, three steps

We meet you where you are and move up one ladder — from a diagnostic, to the foundation, to AI that runs your day-to-day. Every step ships a working deliverable, never a strategy deck.

Step 1 · Diagnose

AI Readiness Check

Know where AI fits
a focused diagnostic · no code

We map where your data lives, which workflows are AI-ready, and what the foundation should be. You leave with a clear plan and roadmap, whether or not you continue.

Step 2 · Build

AI Foundation

Become AI-ready
a focused build, in your environment

The substrate: organized data, an Arabic-native knowledge & retrieval layer, governance and observability — deployed in your environment, on infrastructure you control.

Step 3 · Run

AI Operations

Run AI, managed
ongoing · per process

Managed AI on top of the Foundation. It scales from a couple of processes to enterprise scope — we run them, measure them, and report the savings.

Delivery that compounds

Behind every engagement is a growing library of reusable methods and hard-won experience. You never see it — you feel it, as faster, cheaper, more reliable delivery on every project we run.

Who we work with

Any business that wants to amplify what it already does

Three levers

  • Cost engine — internal operations: finance, HR, procurement, document handling. Agents cut the hours and errors inside the machine.
  • Client engine — client-servicing departments: support, onboarding, case handling, follow-ups. Agents answer faster, in Arabic and English, around the clock.
  • Revenue engine — sales ops, proposals, quotations, pipeline follow-up, collections. Agents make sure no lead, renewal, or invoice slips.

The one filter we apply

We only take on clients who see the value and are ready to work for it. AI agents are not plug-and-play — your team trains the agent, corrects it in its first weeks, grants data access, and names an owner for every process we automate.

Clients who invest that effort get agents that compound in value. Clients who won't — we respectfully decline. It is the only filter we apply.

Why Manbaa

The substrate layer is empty — that's where we live

Substrate, not apps

Anyone can plug into a public model. Almost nobody builds the foundation that makes AI work inside a Saudi organization. The big firms write strategy and leave; boutiques sell chatbots without the plumbing under them. The mid-market foundation layer is structurally empty.

Selected credentials

Real workflows, not generic demos

The same three levers show up differently in every business. The proof is not a chatbot demo; it is whether the Foundation can carry the documents, decisions, approvals and follow-ups that already run the company.

UMQ Studio · fit-out and interior execution

Project memory for design-build delivery

For UMQ, the opportunity sits in the document-heavy work around proposals, BoQs, FF&E, supplier quotes, submittals, construction documentation and Odoo records.

  • Cost engine: BoQ and estimation agent drafts from drawings and historical rates, with the QS making the final pricing call.
  • Revenue engine: proposal agent drafts in UMQ's voice from won proposals, design write-ups and past project references.
  • Delivery control: FF&E, procurement and submittal agents turn scattered PDFs, email and WhatsApp quotes into structured records and revision clarity.
ACE · operational task system

From spreadsheet tracking to governed execution

For ACE, the pattern is operational control: moving a master task sheet into a persistent, in-region system of record with owners, due dates, priorities, statuses and audit trail.

  • Cost engine: replaces manual tracker maintenance with a governed task dashboard backed by SQLite and controlled imports.
  • Client engine: gives teams a cleaner operating surface for follow-ups, overdue work and accountability by owner.
  • Foundation: preserves the historical import, enforces cleaner new task entry, and creates the structure future agents can operate on.

Governance & data residency

Compliance is built into the source

Sensitive workloads run on on-premise GPU under your roof, or in sovereign Saudi cloud — never on a foreign model by default. PDPL is a design constraint of the Foundation, not a bolt-on. Every action is captured in a tamper-evident audit log.
